Announcing Ripple Haven

What’s Your Ripple Effect?

Announcing Ripple Haven

Have you thought about the change you want to make in the world?

The people you want to reach? The impact you want to make? Not just in your professional and personal life but across your community, industry, and in the world at large?

Me too.

But real change and impact do not happen overnight (although it can feel that way from the outside).

It starts with one person taking one small action for the better, and through that action, a ripple effect of change is created.

During this time in my life, I’ve been thinking about the importance of unstructured time. It brought me back to my childhood family vacation spot, a well-worn 1920’s resort called Ripple Haven. I spent countless hours on our expansive porch lost in conversation with my mom, sister-in-law, and other women and girls who shaped my life.

Now, it occurs to me that Ripple Haven has a dual meaning — It’s a place of childhood memories and a metaphoric place to reflect on our ripple effect. So, I named my newsletter after this special place (pictured below).

In my newsletter, The Ripple Haven: What’s Your Ripple Effect? I dive deep into how:

  • Learn from women who have stepped out of their comfort zone to take on challenges and make a difference in the world.
  • Draw inspiration from these change-making women so you can consider what kind of positive change you might want to make in your personal and professional life. And most importantly, what ripple effect you can make in your communities.
  • Take the messages you receive from these women back into your circle of friends, engage in authentic conversations, and learn from women in your network who have set a powerful ripple effect in motion. I hope you discover what truly lights you up.

I hope you’ll join me on this journey and become part of a community of women committed to making a ripple effect.
